Job Summary
\n We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic / Head Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and machinery. The Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and machinery to identify issues.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical components.

• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems accurately.

• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed.
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
\n
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
\n
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
\n

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
\n
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
\n
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous.

• A valid driving license is needed
\n

• Advanced diagnostic fault-finding (electrical & mechanical systems)

• Strong understanding of modern electrical systems and wiring diagnostics

• Engine, transmission, braking, suspension and HVAC systems

• Dealer-level diagnostic software and structured testing procedures

• Fault isolation and systematic troubleshooting
\n
• Hydraulic and mechanical component understanding (transferrable)
\n
• High-pressure workshop productivity and time management
\n
• Independent working and problem-solving
\n
• Strong communication and customer-facing professionalism
\n
