Role: I ntegration & Partnership Co-ordinatorSalary: £30,000 per annumContract type: PermanentWorking hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs pw)Location: Lincolnshire (must have a car, regional travel required)For over three decades, we have been dedicated to supporting individuals and employers across the UK. As a nationwide market leader, we have assisted over 13,000 people in the past year alone to retrain, embark on new career paths, or establish their own businesses.The Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator will support the effective delivery of the Connect to Work programme by coordinating integrated working and building strong partnerships across internal teams and external organisations. The Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator will act as a central point of contact for partners, ensuring services are joined up, referral pathways are effective, and collaborative working supports positive employment outcomes for participants.What youll doAct as the central point of coordination for integration and partnership activity within the Connect to Work delivery teamSupport the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated working partnerships across internal teams and external partners and stakeholdersMarket the Connect to Work provision in person and remotelyCo-ordinate partnership activity to ensure services are aligned and focused on positive participant employment outcomesSupport the management of clear referral pathways and operational processes between Connect to Work and partner organisationsWork closely with delivery staff to ensure partners understand programme aims, eligibility criteria, processes, and participant journeysIdentify gaps, risks, duplication, or barriers in partnership working and support the development of practical solutionsCoordinate and support partnership meetings, multi-agency forums, and working groups, including preparation of agendas, tracking actions, and follow-upWhat youll needLevel 2 English and Maths as a minimumA minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 DiplomaEducated to a degree level or equivalent experience.More than one years experience and track record of success in a business-to-business sales environment, in account management or business developmentExperience of working as part of a service delivery team, collaborating effectively with others to deliver services soldClean driving licence and full-time access to a car as this role requires travel.Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.BenefitsCPD - Broad range of internal training to enhance your knowledge and skillsGenerous pension scheme, with the option to opt outCompany health plan subject to successful completion of probation period25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays5-10 sick day per year paid.Join us at Standguide and be part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact on individuals' lives and businesses nationwide.Standguide is an Equal Opportunities Employer and a Disability Confident Leader.
