Working within Information Security, you'll enhance security operations, respond to incidents, and help ensure our systems, services and member data remain protected.Key Actions You will manage and support core Security Operations tools and platforms, ensuring they remain effective, secure and aligned to business requirementsYou will act as the technical subject matter expert for security technologies, providing specialist support and driving improvements to security capabilitiesYou'll Monitor security alerts, events and incidents, leading investigations and coordinating timely and effective responsesSupport the delivery of security projects and initiatives, helping to strengthen the organisation's overall security postureThis role will work closely with Information Security, IT and Architecture teams to implement and maintain robust security controlsManage vulnerability remediation activities, ensuring security risks are identified, prioritised and addressed appropriatelyBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to support effective security operationsYou'll develop and maintain security documentation, operational procedures and incident response playbooksSupport penetration testing activities and coordinate the remediation of identified findingsContribute to the ongoing enhancement of monitoring, detection and response processes across the Security Operations functionYou will keep up to speed with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and industry developments to support continuous improvement and risk reductionWhat do you need to thrive? Proven experience supporting and managing enterprise security technologies and operational security controlsStrong knowledge of Security Operations, incident response, threat detection and vulnerability management principlesExperience working with security tooling such as Microsoft Defender, MDR platforms and monitoring solutionsAbility to investigate complex security incidents and implement effective and timely remediation activitiesStrong understanding of Information Security frameworks, regulatory requirements and security best practicesExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesPassion for continuous improvement and keeping up to date with emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities and industry developmentsSo, whats in it for you?
