Full job descriptionSales & Project ManagerTetbury£45,000-£50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Flexible Working Hours + CareerDevelopmentAre you a Sales Manager, Project Manager or Business Development Manager with a construction background, looking for a varied role where you'll manage the entire customer journey from initial enquiry through to project completion while helping grow a specialist oak framing business?On offer is the opportunity to join one of the UK's leading oak framing and sawmilling specialists, supplying bespoke timber solutions for residential and commercial projects. You'll work directly with homeowners, architects, developers and contractors, combining sales, commercial management and project delivery within a growing family-run business.In this role, you'll manage incoming enquiries, carry out client meetings and site visits, prepare budgets and quotations, negotiate contracts and oversee projects from order through to successful completion.
