Clinical Systems TrainerLocation: Cardiff – Hybrid | 12/24-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £32,000 – £39,000
\nVIQU are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in South Wales to recruit a Clinical Systems Trainer to join their Digital Programmes team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the rollout, adoption and ongoing development of business-critical clinical systems, helping colleagues confidently use technology that improves day-to-day operations and patient care.
\nWorking closely with Digital, Business Change and operational teams, you'll design and deliver engaging training programmes, develop user-friendly learning materials and support users through the implementation of new digital systems.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training for clinical and business systems. \n
- Deliver classroom, virtual and one-to-one training sessions. \n
- Create training materials, user guides and digital learning resources. \n
- Carry out training needs analysis and tailor learning to different audiences. \n
- Support the implementation and adoption of new clinical systems. \n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote effective system use. \n
Key Requirements:
\n- \n
- Experience delivering training on clinical, healthcare or business systems. \n
- Previous experience designing training materials and user documentation. \n
- Strong presentation and communication skills. \n
- Experience supporting system implementations or digital change programmes. \n
- Ability to engage users with varying levels of technical knowledge. \n
- Experience within healthcare or a clinical environment is highly desirable. \n
