About the Company
\nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Recruiter to support a growing healthcare organisation during an exciting period of expansion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering recruitment solutions across existing healthcare facilities while leading workforce mobilisation activities for two new openings.
\nAbout the Role
\nThis is a hands-on recruitment position requiring an individual who can manage high-volume hiring campaigns, engage stakeholders at all levels, build talent pipelines, and ensure critical clinical and non-clinical vacancies are filled efficiently and effectively.
\nResponsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple healthcare sites. \n
- Support workforce planning and staffing requirements for two new openings. \n
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding. \n
- Develop talent pipelines for clinical, operational, facilities, technical and corporate roles. \n
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce priorities. \n
- Coordinate large-scale recruitment campaigns and assessment activities. \n
- Utilise direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and networking to attract high-quality candidates. \n
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. \n
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs including vacancy levels, time-to-hire and campaign effectiveness. \n
- Maintain compliance with recruitment legislation, right-to-work checks and healthcare industry standards. \n
- Build relationships with external recruitment partners, job centres, colleges, universities and healthcare networks. \n
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen attraction and retention strategies. \n
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and systems. \n
Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Lead Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Manager. \n
- Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines. \n
- Strong direct sourcing and talent attraction capability. \n
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. \n
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. \n
- Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems. \n
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practice. \n

Preferred Skills

- Previous healthcare, hospital, medical or regulated-sector recruitment experience. \n
- Experience supporting organisational growth, mobilisation projects or new site openings. \n
- Experience recruiting clinical professionals including nurses, allied health professionals and specialist healthcare staff. \n
- CIPD qualification or relevant recruitment certification. \n
Pay range and compensation package
\n£250-£300 per day.
