Trade Counter & Online Sales Specialist
\nWhat you’ll be doing
\n* Serve trade customers at our busy trade counter.
\n* Process online and telephone orders quickly and accurately.
\n* Pick, pack and dispatch orders from our distribution hub.
\n* Manage stock levels, replenishment and warehouse organisation.
\n* Receive, check and book in supplier deliveries.
\n* Support customers with product advice and order queries.
\n* Work closely with the sales, warehouse and purchasing teams.
\n* Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
\n* Help ensure same-day dispatch targets are achieved.
\n* Use our business systems to process orders and manage stock.
\n* Assist with product listings and online sales support where required.
\n* Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and sales processes.
\n* Represent the SD Group brand with a professional, customer-first approach.
\nWhat we’re looking for
\n* Experience within plumbing, heating or merchant trade is preferred.
\n* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
\n* Organised with strong attention to detail.
\n* Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
\n* Team player with a positive attitude.
\n* Confident using computers and learning new systems.
\n* Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
\n* Willing to take ownership and solve problems.
