\n£40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Progression to Design Manager

\nAre you a CAD Designer or Project Manager from a bespoke joinery background, looking for a clear route to Design Manager with a competitive package, autonomy to make your mark and high-end projects, at a business backed to grow?
\nAs the go-to CAD Designer, you'll take ownership of the development of manufacture-ready drawings across a broad range of bespoke joinery projects - working closely with internal teams to ensure every design is accurate, practical and ready for production.
\nFollowing a recent acquisition and significant financial backing, this joinery manufacturer is entering an exciting new chapter - full order book, bright future and a real opportunity to help shape it. You’ll support the roll-out of 3D CAD software across the business and help build the drawing office team, with a clear scope to progress to Design Manager as the department grows.

\n%AA; Produce client approval and manufacture-ready drawings
\n%AA; Detailing across exterior and interior joinery projects
\n%AA; Carry out detailed site surveys for bespoke joinery projects
\n%AA; Interpret architects' drawings, specifications and customer requirements
\n%AA; Support the implementation of 3D CAD software and new standards
\n%AA; Clear scope to progress to Design Manager as the drawing office team grows
\nThe Person '05;
\n%AA; Background in bespoke joinery, furniture or similar
\n%AA; Strong CAD experience, 2D and 3D
\n%AA; Happy to do site surveys as and when required
