I am partnered with a leading digital transformation consultancy to find an Intermediate Change Manager for a technology-focused, ITSM-driven change function in Glasgow. This is a live, signed-off requirement with a start date around the first week of September — available on a permanent or freelance basis.\n

\nThis is a technology change role, not business change — you'll be embedded in governance, CAB, and operational change activity across a complex enterprise technology environment, not managing organisational or people-side change. What You'll Be Doing\n

\n
• Facilitating and supporting technology change review processes across BAU and transformation initiatives
\n
• Ensuring adherence to change governance frameworks and compliance requirements
\n
• Coordinating change approvals across technical, operational, and business stakeholders
\n
• Supporting risk and impact assessments for planned technology changes
\n
• Producing governance reports, dashboards, and management information
\n
• Managing change scheduling and resolving conflicts across multiple workstreams
\n
• Identifying improvements to change management processes and controls
\n

What You'll Bring\n

\n
• 5+ years' experience in Technology Change Management, IT Service Management, or a related discipline
\n
• Strong understanding of IT change governance, controls, and compliance frameworks
\n
• Experience supporting Change Advisory Boards (CABs), governance reviews, and approval processes
\n
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and technology teams
\n
• Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
\n
• ITIL Foundation (or equivalent) certification desirable
\n
• Experience within large-scale, regulated enterprise technology environments
\n

• Location: Glasgow — 3 days/week in office, or open to relocation

• Start date: First week of September (urgent requirement)
\n
• Perm salary: up to £110,000, dependent on experience
\n
• Contract rate: up to £350 per day, Inside IR35 for 12 Months
\n
• Basis: open to permanent or contract applicants
