\nShifts: Monday to Friday, 2 shift Rotation - 0600am - 200pm / 200pm - 1000pm

\nWe’re looking for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals to join our Ceramic Core team as Manufacturing Operators. Whether you're already experienced in manufacturing or looking to launch a new, rewarding career, we provide the tools and support you need to thrive.
\n\nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Prioritise Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) — your safety always comes first. \n
- Carry out delicate, hands-on tasks with precision and care for quality. \n
- Work closely with your teammates in a supportive, close-knit environment. \n
- Read and interpret technical/engineering drawings (we’ll train you!). \n
- Assist with setup and transfer of parts across production areas like Press and Kiln. \n
- Handle small, intricate components using steady hands and fine motor skills. \n
- Prepare parts for 3D scanning and ensure proper packaging and labeling. \n
- Be adaptable — pitch in wherever needed to keep production running smoothly. \n

What We’re Looking For

- Prior manufacturing or engineering experience is great — but not essential. \n
