6-Month Temporary Contract | Full-Time (36 Hours per Week)

Salary: £31,000 - £35,500pa

Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for building strong professional relationships?

We are recruiting for a Projects Administrator to join a collaborative and fast-paced team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing data, and supporting strategic partnerships within a professional environment.

The Role

\n

As Projects Administrator, you'll provide vital administrative and operational support across a portfolio of partnership activities whilst reporting to the Projects Coordinator. Working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders, you'll help ensure partnership projects run smoothly, maintain accurate records, and support a range of governance and quality processes.

\n

This is a varied role offering exposure to project coordination, stakeholder engagement, data management and continuous process improvement.

\n

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of internal and external activities and projects.
  • \n
  • Assist with organising partnership meetings, review events and governance panels, including preparing agendas, papers, minutes and reports.
  • \n
  • Provide guidance to partner organisations on relevant policies, procedures and operational processes.
  • \n
  • Manage shared inboxes, maintain partnership records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • \n
  • Input, update and validate data across business systems, ensuring a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
  • \n
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve business processes and support the effective transfer of information between stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Assist with the development of new partnership projects, including due diligence, project planning and coordinating approval documentation.
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support for examination and quality assurance activities where required.
  • \n
  • Coordinate visits, meetings and events, both in person and virtually.
  • \n
  • Maintain partnership guidance, templates and documentation to ensure they remain current and compliant.
  • \n
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems and the overall effectiveness of the partnerships function.

About You

\n

For the Projects Administrator role we're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a role where no two days are the same.

\n

You'll ideally have:

\n
    \n
  • A degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • \n
  • Strong administrative experience within a busy and professional environment.
  • \n
  • Experience working with data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Confidence interpreting and following policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • \n
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using business systems.
  • \n
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • \n
  • A professional, discreet approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • \n

Desirable Experience

\n
    \n
  • Experience within Higher Education or another regulated sector.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of quality assurance or project/team/ operational administration.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting projects or partnership programmes.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with data management systems and process improvement initiatives.
  • \n
