Quality Manager Premium Business / Rare opportunitty Central London £47,500 - £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits About the Opportunity Ballantine Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a prestigious premium food retail business with the appointment of a Quality Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join an internationally recognised business where quality, food safety and customer excellence are at the heart of everything they do. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll lead an established Quality team and play a key role in driving Food Safety, Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement across multiple production kitchens. The role is central to embedding food safety and quality processes as part of an ongoing operational transformation. The Role Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will: * Lead and develop an established Quality team. * Drive Food Safety, HACCP and BRCGS standards. * Build, implement and continuously improve Quality Management Systems. * Coach and influence operational teams to strengthen food safety culture. * Investigate customer complaints and drive preventative actions. * Partner with chefs and operational stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement. * Deputise for the Technical Manager when required. About You We're keen to speak with experienced Quality professionals who have: * Previous Quality Management experience within Food Manufacturing, Premium Food Retail or Food Service. * Strong knowledge of BRCGS (or equivalent GFSI standards), HACCP and Quality Management Systems. * Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * A passion for food safety, quality and continuous improvement.
