Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ+) Worcestershire | Full-Time | PermanentTSR Legal is working with a respected regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established disputes team.This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience to build their career within a busy and supportive environment, handling a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients.The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, advising on matters including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and land ownership issues, easements, rights of way, trespass, nuisance claims, and other property-related litigation. The role offers exposure to high-quality work with the support of experienced colleagues on more complex matters where required.Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience in property litigation, whether gained during a training contract or in a qualified role.
