Working with collectors across the UK and internationally, the company also attends prestigious airshows, exhibitions and military events.This is not a traditional sales position, and previous sales experience is not required. The company is looking for someone from a hotel or hospitality background who understands exceptional service, builds relationships naturally and can manage the complete client journey.You'll join a friendly team of 14 people in a stable, long-established business where many employees have built successful careers.THE ROLE:Build relationships with new and existing collectorsProvide a polished, highly personal client experienceUnderstand clients' requirements and recommend suitable artworkManage enquiries and orders from the first conversation through to deliveryCoordinate worldwide shipping for high-value artworkKeep clients updated and provide excellent after-sales serviceRepresent the company at prestigious airshows and exhibitionsDevelop relationships with VIP clients, artists and military organisationsSupport gallery events and generate new client relationshipsMaintain accurate customer and order informationTravel to a small number of UK events each year using company vehiclesTHE PERSON:This role would suit someone currently working as a:Front of House ManagerReservations ManagerHotel ManagerGuest Relations ManagerFront Office ManagerHotel Duty ManagerReception ManagerAssistant Hotel ManagerGuest Services ManagerHead ReceptionistHotel ReceptionistHospitality ManagerEvents Manager or Events CoordinatorRestaurant ManagerYou'll need:Experience within a hotel, hospitality or premium customer-service environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA professional, confident and well-presented approachStrong organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage several clients, orders and prioritiesA proactive approach to resolving customer queriesConfidence speaking with VIP and international clientsFlexibility to attend occasional weekend events planned well in advanceA full UK driving licenceNo previous experience in sales, fine art or aviation is required.
