With easy access to the M6 and M61 and close proximity to Chorley, The Lodge offers the perfect setting to build a fulfilling career.Pay & Hours :£23.20 per hour38.5 hours per weekChoose to work Days or Night shifts.About the RoleYoull spend most of your time within one community, getting to know residents and their individual needs. With full support from a buddy during training, youll build the confidence to work independently, providing hands-on care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Youll:Liaise with GPs, dieticians, and other health professionals.Assess care plans and review medication.Support residents and their families with tailored care.Ideally, you will have experience working with dementia patients and individuals who exhibit challenging behaviours.Upon joining, youll embark on a comprehensive Nursing Development Portfolio offering training certified by Health Education England and competencies designed to enhance your career.
