Front End Loader (FEL) Driver

Location: Milton Keynes Pay Rate: £16.92 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 14:00 Contract: Temporary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Front End Loader (FEL) Driver to join a busy Mechanical Treatment Plant in Milton Keynes.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operator with a valid NPORS Front End Loader qualification to work within a fast-paced waste and recycling environment.

\n

### Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Operate a Front End Loader safely and efficiently to move and manage waste materials.
\n
• Feed processing equipment to ensure continuous plant operations.
\n
• Create and maintain waste storage areas for processing and collections.
\n
• Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections and report any defects.
\n
• Assist with housekeeping duties, clearing blockages and keeping work areas safe.
\n
• Work closely with operational and maintenance teams to support daily plant activities.
\n
• Follow all site health and safety procedures and traffic management systems.
\n

### Essential Requirements

Valid NPORS Front End Loader (FEL) qualification. Previous experience operating a Front End Loader in an industrial, waste, recycling or similar environment. Good understanding of health and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and follow operational instructions. Reliable, punctual and committed to the 06:0014:00 shift pattern. \n

£16.92 per hour. Regular Monday to Friday AM shift (06:0014:00). Immediate start available for the right candidate. Opportunity to work within a well-established and busy operational environment.\n
