\nOur client is a highly regarded commercial practice with an outstanding reputation for advising businesses, investors, developers and high-net-worth individuals across Wales and beyond. The firm acts for five of the ten wealthiest individuals in Wales, providing exposure to some of the most prestigious and high-value real estate transactions in the market.
\nWith a planned February 2027 start, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Real Estate Associate or Partner to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering a move in the coming months and wanting to join a practice renowned for the quality of its work and clients.
The Role\nYou will advise a broad portfolio of commercial clients on a wide range of real estate matters, taking ownership of complex transactions while helping to develop long-term client relationships.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
\n - \n
Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and property finance.
\n - \n
Delivering commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients' objectives.
\n - \n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
\n - \n
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
\n - \n
Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, banking and private wealth teams.
\n - \n
Supporting business development initiatives and helping grow the firm's already impressive client base.
\n - \n
Meeting agreed financial and performance objectives.
\n

Significant post-qualification experience in Commercial Real Estate.

A strong technical background with excellent commercial awareness.
\n - \n
Experience managing complex transactions independently.
\n - \n
Outstanding client relationship and communication skills.
\n - \n
A proactive approach to business development.
\n - \n
The ability to supervise or mentor junior members of the team.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Salary circa £90,000, depending on experience.
