Managing a high-quality portfolio of properties, they are seeking a candidate with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.This fantastic opportunity will focus on managing the full property management lifecycle, including maintaining strong landlord relationships, handling tenant queries, coordinating maintenance issues, ensuring compliance with current legislation, conducting property inspections, and overseeing the smooth running of the portfolio.It is essential that you have previous experience within property management, with a strong understanding of lettings legislation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the local Loughton property market would be advantageous.The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a strong work ethic.
