This role sits within a collaborative FP&A team working across reporting, investments, and performance analysis.
\nThe Role
\nAs an FP&A Analyst, you will support financial and operational reporting, investment analysis, and performance measurement across multiple business areas.
\nResponsibilities include:

- Delivering monthly financial and operational reporting across the business \n
- Collecting, validating, cleansing, and consolidating data from multiple sources \n
- Building and enhancing Excel-based reporting packs and management information \n
- Producing presentations and board-level reporting for senior stakeholders \n
- Analysing profitability, revenue, utilisation, cash flow, and business KPIs \n
- Supporting investment performance tracking and strategic growth initiatives \n
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather business commentary and operational insights \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, governance, and data quality \n
- Supporting the transition towards a more mature data and reporting environment \n
- Acting as a key link between finance teams and data specialists \n
- Delivering ad hoc commercial analysis and performance reporting \n
Your Skills & Experience
\nTo be successful in this FP&A Analyst role, you should have a strong blend of finance, reporting, and analytical expertise.
\nEssential requirements:
\n- \n
- Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Analysis, Management Accounting, or a similar analytical finance role \n
- Exceptional Excel skills, including: \n
- XLOOKUP \n
- INDEX MATCH \n
- SUMIFS \n
- Advanced data manipulation \n
- Multi-source data consolidation \n
- Reporting pack creation and enhancement \n
- Strong experience working with financial and operational KPIs \n
- Knowledge of revenue, profitability, cash flow, and commercial performance analysis \n
- Experience working with large, complex, or imperfect datasets \n
- Power BI experience, including Power Query and data transformation \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills \n
- Ability to translate data into clear commercial insights and recommendations \n
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement \n
- Availability within a maximum 6-week notice period \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- Experience within professional services, consulting, accountancy, or other KPI-driven environments \n
- Exposure to data warehouse environments \n
- Knowledge of DAX \n
- Experience supporting investment or business performance reporting \n
