Business Change & Test Analyst

We're recruiting for a Business Change & Test Analyst to join a well-established financial services organisation, supporting the delivery of business and technology change initiatives.

This role offers a blend of Business Analysis, Project Support and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with responsibilities including gathering business requirements, documenting processes, preparing and executing test scripts, coordinating UAT, supporting project delivery, and contributing to business readiness and process improvement.

Key requirements:

• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Change or Project Support
\n
• Experience with UAT, testing and defect management
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
\n
• Experience producing requirements, process maps and project documentation
\n
• Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
\n
• Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
\n
