Employment Associate

AJ Chambers is currently working with a growing company in the City of London. They are seeking a Employment Associate to join their Employment team. You will be working with high profile cases within the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage a caseload of both contentious and advisory work, with a focus on:

• Discrimination complaints
\n
• Whistleblowing concerns
\n
• Grievance and disciplinary matters
\n
• TUPE
\n
• Redundancy
\n
• Employment issues involving safeguarding
\n
• Employment status
\n

Skills Required

\n
• 3 Year's + PQE Employment Law experience in UK
\n
• Experience managing work for multiple partners and clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Genuine interest in the work, with a willingness to ask questions and propose ideas
\n
