Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - February 2027 start

The role

You will work alongside experienced recruiters to identify and engage exceptional talent for some of the world's leading businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching markets and identifying high calibre candidates
\n
• Speaking with professionals to understand their experience, motivations and career goals
\n
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
\n
• Building long term relationships with candidates and clients
\n
• Supporting senior consultants on retained and contingent assignments
\n
• Learning business development and how to win new client relationships
\n

About you

We're looking for graduates who are:

• Educated to degree level, ideally achieving a 2:1 or above
\n
• Bright, ambitious and commercially minded
\n
• Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships
\n
• Resilient, proactive and motivated by success
\n
• Naturally curious with an interest in business
\n
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, high performance environment
\n

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or other people focused roles is advantageous but not essential.
