Senior Development Manager - BTR, PBSA and PRS

I’m partnering with a leading London developer to find an experienced SDM who can take full ownership of major residential plots through construction, handover and completion.

They need someone who has delivered complex schemes across Build-to-Rent, high-end market-sale residential or purpose-built student accommodation - and who knows how to drive a project when the pressure is on.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading consultant, contractor and internal teams

• Managing programme, budget, quality and risk

• Navigating complex construction and stakeholder challenges

• Taking plots through to a successful handover

• Maintaining the standards expected across high-end developments

This is a visible, influential role within a highly regarded development business, offering ownership of significant London schemes and a package of up to £120,000 plus benefits.
