Job Description

An iconic public sector organisation is currently recruiting for a HR Reward Analyst on a interim basis for 2-3 months to support the delivery of key reward processes and transformation initiatives within its central People & HR function.

The role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working, with 3 days on-site presence required.

\n


\n

The rate for this role will be £225.87 per day umbrella (Or £172.85pd PAYE)

About the Role

\n


\n

This is a varied and analytical position within a large and complex organisation, focused on ensuring the effective application, delivery, and continuous improvement of reward policies and processes.

\n


\n

You will play a key role in providing expert advice on pay and reward, supporting organisational decision-making through data analysis, and contributing to a range of reward-related projects and HR transformation initiatives.

\n


\n

This role will be responsible for:

\n

    \n
  • Advising HR teams and managers on the application of reward policies, pay frameworks, and contractual terms
  • \n
  • Analysing and calculating payments, allowances, and entitlements, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
  • \n
  • Supporting the delivery of key reward processes, including pay progression and performance-related pay cycles
  • \n
  • Undertaking job evaluations and supporting the development and maintenance of job documentation
  • \n
  • Extracting, analysing, and presenting data to provide insightful reporting and inform decision-making
  • \n
  • Developing dashboards and presenting complex data in a clear and accessible format
  • \n
  • Supporting and delivering reward-related projects, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
  • \n
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and materials for governance and senior stakeholder meetings
  • \n
  • Coordinating meetings, tracking project milestones, and ensuring delivery against deadlines
  • \n
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to support effective delivery of HR initiatives.

They are seeking an experienced HR Reward professional with:

    \n
  • Experience working within HR, reward, or a highly analytical environment
  • \n
  • Strong data analysis and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and present insights clearly
  • \n
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a complex environment
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise at all levels
  • \n
  • Experience working with sensitive data and maintaining strict confidentiality
  • \n
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and data tools, with experience in reporting and analysis
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work to deadlines
  • \n
