Experienced and professional Electrical Tester required to work with a leading and highly reputable nationwide maintenance contractor. My client is one of the fastest growing and highly reputable nationwide maintenance contractors and is looking for an experienced and professional Electrical Tester to carry out electrical testing and minor remedial works on domestic properties across the Bury St Edmund area.Location: Bury St Edmunds Pay: £70 per test (Paid via CIS) Hours: Complete 45 properties per day Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Electrical Tester Carry out EICRs within occupied social housing propertiesReplace smoke alarms where requiredComplete minor electrical repairs including changing plug socketsAccurately complete all testing certificates and documentationWork efficiently to complete 45 properties per dayEnsure all works are carried out in line with current electrical regulations and Health & Safety requirementsLarger remedial works will be completed by a separate teamRequirements Must hold 18th Edition qualificationMust hold City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification)Must hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualificationMust have experience working within a social housing environmentMust hold a full UK Driving LicenceMust have own van, tools and calibrated electrical testerAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyBenefits Materials supplied by the clientOngoing CIS contractConsistent work available across the Bury St Edmund areaLarge remedial works completed by a dedicated teamPlease apply if interested and the consultant looking after this will be in touch!
