UK Tree Surgeons wanted for Ireland HV timber clearance. Lead crews, ensure safety and client standards. Strong communicator, driving licence required.Job ScopeWe are looking for Tree Surgeons from the UK to work in Ireland, to help manage timber crews for large scale HV Timber hazard clearance across Ireland and ensure that works are done to client specification and in accordance with SHEQ standardsNeeds to HaveMin 3 years experience in a tree surgeon roleAt least one year of experience with an electrical utilityAll relevant H&S accreditation and certification (i.e. chainsaw, polesaw, climbing certificate)Full Drivers LicenceExperience in managing teams in a fast paced and process driven environmentIT proficiency - MS OfficeNeeds to DoResponsible for site meetings and instructing crew on the daily tasks and highlight site hazardsResponsible for ensuring that all relevant site documentation and client paperwork is completed accurately and as per client SLAEnsure work is completed in a safely and efficiently using company approved work methods in accordance with client specifications.Responsible for completing your daily jobs on our system and that all steps in the relevant workflow are completed.Ensure that site is correctly organised and a safe system of work and protocols adhered to.Ensure that all crew are compliant with instructions regarding use of PPE and equipmentHave an updated Health and Safety Plan available on site at all times and where additional hazards are identified to draw up task specific risk assessment and method statement.Report any damage to company vehicles, tools or equipment to Plant ManagerRecord and report all accidents and near misses/good catches and submit to PM and H&S Manager in a timely fashionResponsible for the day-to-day implementation of the SHEQ systems on all sitesEscalate any breaches of H&S outside of Crew Leaders remit to the Project ManagerNeeds to BeStrong communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skillsMust take ownership for tasks and responsibilitiesAble to operate in a dynamic and fast paced organisationProficient people manager and able to manage team to optimum performanceDetailed orientated with proven organisational abilityTPBN1_UKTJ
