Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic team in the food production industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes while adhering to strict food safety standards.ResponsibilitiesPreparing and processing raw meat for marination, mixing, and further production stages.Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient operation.Follow all HACCP guidelines and food safety protocols to maintain product quality and safety.Conduct regular checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with health and safety standards.Document production activities accurately, including any deviations from standard operating procedures.SkillsExperience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.ShiftMonday to Friday14:00pm - 23:00pm06:00am - 15:00pmPay£12.73 per hourTPBN1_UKTJ
