Senior Lifeguard – EppingSalary: circa £28,000 per annumAre you an experienced Lifeguard ready to take the next step in your career?We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Lifeguard to join a busy and well-established leisure centre in the Epping area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong lifeguarding experience who enjoys supporting a team, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends .As Senior Lifeguard, you'll play an important role in supporting the lifeguard team, ensuring the highest standards of pool safety, and helping to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.The role will include:Supporting and leading the lifeguard team on a day-to-day basis.Maintaining excellent pool safety standards and completing regular checks.Supporting the Duty ManagerResponding confidently to incidents and emergencies.Providing a high level of customer service.Supporting the smooth operation of the leisure centre.Helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.We're looking for: A valid NPLQ qualification .Previous lifeguarding experience.Experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable.Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.A reliable and proactive approach to work.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and a varied shift pattern.What's on offer: Salary of circa £28,000 per annum .Full-time permanent position.Free gym membership.Bonus scheme.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Career progression.Excellent employee benefits package.If you're an experienced Lifeguard looking for your next challenge with a reputable leisure facility in the Epping area, we'd love to hear from youapply today!TPBN1_UKTJ
