\nThe successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth transactions. \nDuties include:\n
\nManage and develop client relationships through effective communication and negotiation\n
\nOrganise property viewings, ensuring clients are well-informed about properties\n
\nNegotiate offers\n
\nMaintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions\n
\nLiaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth progress of deals\n
\nProvide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing enquiries, and updating the CRM system\n
\nRequirements:\n
\nPrevious Estate Agency experience is essential\n
\nProven administrative experience with strong organisational skills\n
\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with clients\n
\nA professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving\n
\nValid UK driving license\n
