Supplier On Boarding Analyst

Our client is looking for a Supplier On-Boarding Analyst to join them on a 6-month contract with possible extension. Role: Supplier Due Diligence/Supplier Onboarding Analyst Location: Stevenage. First 8 weeks 3 days on site min, the rest remote. Following this, 2 days on site min, the rest remote. Hours: 37 per week Hourly Rate: Up to £27.38 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35 Clearance: BPSS to start, full SC to follow What you'll be doing: All Non procurement Vendor Due diligence - Investigating vendors on third party tools, proposing an assessment, validating with compliance On Boarding processing Supplier data management Stakeholder management - Finance, compliance, procurement, rest of business Reporting and dashboardsRequirements: Supplier On Boarding/KYC Defence and aerospace regulatory knowledge Knowledge of ISO37001 - Ethics Knowledge of ISO9001 - Quality Advanced excel/word/PowerPoint skills Attention to detail Quick to master new tools and processes Ivalua (advantageous not required) SAP (preferential not required) If you are interested in applying for this position and you meet the requirements, please apply!
