Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Your Role\nAs our new SEN Class Teacher, you will have the rewarding responsibility of teaching a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your mission will be to plan, prepare, and present lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities.
\nIn this role, you will:

- Inspire and motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative presentations \n
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and professionals to maintain high educational standards \n
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to all stakeholders \n
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning \n
- Create and sustain a safe, stimulating learning environment for every pupil \n
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures, aligning with our core values \n

- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent \n
- Proven experience in SEN teaching \n
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum \n
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success \n
Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
