PPM Team LeaderPermanent | Full Time | Larkhill | £28,000 £36,000 + BenefitsThe RoleOur client is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their Accommodation team in Larkhill. This is a fully office-based role where you'll lead a team responsible for supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Red Card administration across a busy defence estate. Leading a team of five administrators, you'll oversee day-to-day workloads, ensure service standards are maintained and support the successful delivery of maintenance programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor or an established administrator looking to take the next step into a leadership position, offering the chance to develop people, improve processes and make a real impact within a fast-paced operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading, motivating and developing a team of five administrators.Managing workloads to ensure service levels and deadlines are consistently achieved.Overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Red Card administration activities.Supporting procurement administration and stakeholder communications.Producing and analysing operational performance data and management reports.Supporting month-end reporting and maintaining accurate records.Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.Managing attendance, wellbeing and day-to-day performance within the team.Supporting performance management and employee relations activities alongside HR.Building strong working relationships with internal departments, clients, contractors and supply partners.You'll also have:Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, or the ability to demonstrate leadership within an administrative environment.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence producing reports and analysing data.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.Experience coaching, developing and supporting team members.A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.Experience using Maximo or another CAFM system would be advantageous but is not essential.The ability to obtain and maintain BPSS Security Clearance.What's on OfferPermanent, full-time positionMonday to Friday, 40-hour weekRotating working hours of either 8:00am4:30pm or 8:30am5:00pmFully office-based role in LarkhillOpportunity to lead and develop a growing teamSupportive working environment with ongoing training and career developmentOpportunity to join a well-established organisation delivering facilities management and accommodation services across the UK defence estate.TPBN1_UKTJ
