Are you an experienced SMART Repair Technician looking to join one of the UK's leading premium automotive dealership groups?

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious automotive client seeking a skilled professional to carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs in a fast-paced bodyshop environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform high-quality SMART repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
\n
• Repair scratches, scuffs, dents and bumper damage.
\n
• Refurbish painted and diamond-cut alloy wheels.
\n
• Carry out cosmetic paint repairs and blending.
\n
• Complete windscreen chip and abrasion repairs.
\n
• Prepare used vehicles for resale to manufacturer standards.
\n
• Ensure all repairs are completed within agreed timescales.
\n
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
\n
• Work closely with the Bodyshop and Aftersales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

? Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician is essential.
\n ? Experience within a dealership or accident repair/bodyshop environment.
\n ? Strong cosmetic vehicle repair skills.
\n ? Excellent attention to detail.
\n ? Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
\n ? Full UK Driving Licence.
\n ? ATA Accreditation (desirable but not essential).
