- Salary of £35,000 to £37,000 per annum. \n
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. \n

\n The Role\n
\nAs the Registered Branch Manager, you will:\n
\n
- \n
- Lead the delivery of high-quality care across five established Extra Care schemes. \n
- Recruit, manage, coach and develop a high-performing care team. \n
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and company policies. \n
- Monitor branch performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver safe, effective and commercially successful services. \n
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals. \n
- Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care and customer satisfaction. \n
- Support business growth while ensuring outstanding quality and regulatory performance. \n
\nTo be successful, you'll have:\n
\n
- \n
- Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care. \n
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services. \n
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance and quality standards. \n
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams. \n
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills. \n
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care. \n
