The Role\n

As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experience and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional member experience through a focus on service and standards, in collaboration with the Gym Manager
\n
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
\n
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, developing, and supervising a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors while fostering a positive work environment
\n
• Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
\n
• Managing and improving our Group Exercise offerings
\n

You will be instrumental in creating a vibrant workplace and workout environment for both your team and gym members. Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.
