\nOur client is seeking a Regional Operations Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple UK locations. \nThis role would suit someone with a strong background in workplace operations, facilities management or corporate real estate who enjoys building relationships, leading change and delivering continuous improvement across a multi-site environment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead and develop a geographically dispersed workplace team across multiple UK locations, setting clear objectives and driving high performance. \n
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional workplace and facilities services across the portfolio. \n
- Develop governance frameworks, service standards and performance improvement plans to enhance operational delivery. \n
- Oversee workplace operations, planned and reactive maintenance and statutory compliance across multiple sites. \n
- Manage the annual operating budget, including forecasting, cost control and financial reporting. \n
- Lead the management of Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts, ensuring commercial performance and contractual compliance. \n
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance through KPIs, SLAs and regular business reviews. \n
- Identify and manage operational, financial, supplier and compliance risks. \n
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance, risks and improvement opportunities. \n
- Lead workplace projects and change initiatives from planning through to successful delivery. \n
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and regulatory standards, supporting internal and external audits. \n
- Champion sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement across the workplace portfolio. \n
About You
\n- \n
- We're looking for an experienced workplace or facilities professional who can demonstrate: \n
- Significant leadership experience within Workplace, Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate. \n
- Experience managing a multi-site UK portfolio. \n
- Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams. \n
- Excellent financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting and cost control. \n
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing outsourced service providers and TFM contracts. \n
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels. \n
- Experience driving service improvements, operational excellence and customer-focused workplace environments. \n
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. \n
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance and workplace governance. \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- Professional qualification in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, Property \n
or Business Management (or equivalent experience).
\n- \n
- Experience of CAFM extremely advantageous. \n
- NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised health & safety qualification. \n
- Membership of a professional body such as IWFM, IOSH or RICS. \n
