Shift Pattern: 42 hours per week, Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45 to 05:45

We're looking for a Night Shift Cleaning Operative to join our team at NATS in Southampton, helping to deliver high standards of cleanliness across a critical operational environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring designated areas remain clean, safe and compliant, while supporting excellent service delivery for our customer.

Please note, due to the site operations, you will need to pass an SC Clearance to be successful in the role.

Role Responsibilities

• Use the Merlin system via a mobile device to log tasks, complete checks and record cleaning activities.
\n
• Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed schedules and site standards.
\n
• Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly at all times.
\n
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site requirements.
\n
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues whilst delivering excellent customer service.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
\n
• Experience using a CAFM system
\n
• Previous cleaning experience within commercial buildings
\n
• Reliable, hardworking and professional in your approach.
\n
• Self-motivated, honest and able to work using your own initiative.
\n
• Flexible and willing to undertake all required training.
\n
