What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll receive structured training while learning every stage of the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs
\n
• Headhunting high-calibre technology professionals through LinkedIn, networking and referrals
\n
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
\n
• Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills, motivations and career goals
\n
• Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement
\n
• Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies
\n
• Negotiating offers and helping both parties achieve the best possible outcome
\n
• Developing your own network of clients and candidates, building long-term professional relationships
\n

No two days are the same. You'll combine sales, relationship building, negotiation and commercial problem solving while becoming a trusted adviser within one of the world's fastest-moving industries.

Who They're Looking For

• A recent graduate with some sales experience, or at least six months' commercial experience
\n
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people
\n
• Competitive, ambitious and motivated by achieving goals
\n
• Strong work ethic with evidence of commitment and resilience
\n
• Commercially aware and interested in technology and business
\n
• Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in recruitment

Previous recruitment experience isn't expected. The firm is looking for graduates with the attitude, determination and potential to succeed.
