Job Opportunity: Inpatient Hospice Solace Center Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Hospice Solace Center, where you will deliver compassionate and expert care to individuals at the end of their lives. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments to understand patient needs.
• Manage complex pain and symptoms effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure that patients experience comfort and dignity throughout their care.
• Provide education and support to families during this challenging time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Document all care activities accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current RN license.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
