Accountant

Position: Operational Accountant Location: West Des Moines, IA Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $25 - $30 Schedule: 40 Hours/Week Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist to support supplier onboarding, setup, and maintenance activities within Ariba and PeopleSoft. This role will manage high-volume supplier requests, resolve complex issues, support system cleanup, and collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Accounts Payable, and other business teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end supplier setup, onboarding, and maintenance requests. Process supplier modifications and maintain accurate supplier records. Research and resolve complex supplier and system-related issues and escalations. Support system cleanup and ensure supplier data remains accurate and up to date. Identify process risks and document procedures, training needs, and process improvements. Respond to questions from internal teams, managers, and external suppliers. Partner with Ariba and cross-functional SCM teams to ensure successful supplier enablement. Required Qualifications Experience with SAP Ariba, PeopleSoft, or similar procurement/ERP systems. Experience in supplier onboarding, supplier maintenance, vendor management, procurement operations, or P2P processes. Strong research, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, project-driven environment.
