Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Jacksonville – Windy Hill, Florida medical center. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient population (18+) while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment focused on improving patient outcomes and preventive care.

- 100% outpatient primary care \n
- Adult patient population (18+) \n
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) \n
- No weekends \n
- No on-call responsibilities \n
- No hospital rounding \n

- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult patients (18+) \n
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions \n
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and chronic disease management \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs \n
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies \n
- Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams \n
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations \n
- Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) \n
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives to support value-based care \n

- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine \n
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment \n
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain \n
- Current BLS certification \n
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills \n
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care \n
- Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred \n
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required \n
