Job Description
The Wellness Director is responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of clinical and personal care services within the community. This includes ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, effective staffing, and interdepartmental collaboration to promote residents’ health and well-being. The Wellness Director plays a key leadership role in enhancing resident outcomes, fostering a culture of safety and compassion, and supporting the community’s mission and values. The position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. Exceptionally experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) may be considered.
