Job Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, with evening call responsibilities after shifts.
• Complete 5 to 7 shifts each month.
• Manage a patient load of 8 to 15 daily, with higher volumes during the winter months.
• Provide care in an inpatient pediatric setting.
• Handle both inpatient rounding and call duties.
• Demonstrate intubation skills.
• Conduct admissions with a callback rate of 5 to 10%.
• Participate in phone consultations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $125.00 to $150.00.
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
• Rates are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
