Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift)
\nLutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join our new Recovery Center in Oconomowoc, WI. This trauma-informed residential treatment program provides medically monitored and transitional treatment for adult women recovering from substance use disorders. Mothers with infants up to 3 months old may also reside in the program.
\nAs a Support Professional, you'll play an important role in helping residents build healthy, sober lives by providing daily support, encouragement, and structure in a safe, respectful environment.
\nSchedule: 2nd Shift (3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.), including every other weekend
\n Pay: $17.75/hour
What You'll Do

- Support and encourage residents in their recovery journey \n
- Monitor resident well-being and document observations \n
- Administer or monitor medications according to program policies \n
- Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and daily living tasks \n
- Maintain accurate documentation while protecting resident confidentiality \n
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or crisis situations \n
- Support residents in achieving treatment goals \n
- Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and community activities as needed \n
- Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests when required \n
- Facilitate educational or life skills activities \n
- Attend staff meetings and required trainings \n
- Perform other duties as assigned \n
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required \n
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred \n
- Coursework toward a degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field is a plus \n
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills \n
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work independently \n
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record \n
- DHS 83 training (Fire Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.) preferred but can be completed after hire \n
Travel: Local travel within the community may be required (up to 25–50%, depending on program needs).
