Job Overview: Pay Range $16.45hr - $21.45hr Requirement/Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 1 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions. Responsibilities: Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols. This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required. Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures. Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals. Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email). Nice to Have: Good hand/eye coordination. Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks. High level of attention to detail. Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs. Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required. Skills: Good hand/eye coordination manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products. Close attention to detail and quality. Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office. Education and Experience: Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.
