Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sr. AI Developer JOB LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL will accept remote WAGE RANGE*: $59 - 64/ hour JOB NUMBER: 20572 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Technical Skills 5+ years professional Python development experience 3+ years hands-on experience with LangGraph framework and agentic AI 3+ system design 2+ years demonstrated expertise building and deploying AI Agents in 2+ production environments years experience developing and managing MCP 2+ servers and clients years working with AgentCore or equivalent 2+ enterprise AI orchestration frameworks Strong understanding of multi-agent system architecture and agent communication patterns Proficiency in secure coding practices and application security design Experience with enterprise database technologies and data governance Security & Compliance Knowledge Demonstrated understanding of healthcare/enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks Experience implementing audit logging and nonrepudiation controls Familiarity with SOC2, HITRUST, or equivalent compliance requirements Knowledge of CIS and DISA STIG guidelines as applied to application development Professional Competencies Advanced problem-solving and system design capabilities Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with security and infrastructure teams Ability to balance innovation with security and compliance requirements Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, or equivalent) Preferred Qualifications Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems Familiarity with enterprise API gateway and service mesh technologies Background in healthcare IT or HIPAA-regulated environments Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects Certifications in security (CISSP, CCSK) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Required Experience: 5-8 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience demonstrating proficiency and experience in design, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting technology Required Education: Related Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or relevant work experience Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement which combines flexibility with in-office engagement. Team schedules are determined based on role requirements and business needs. Travel to and from our corporate or regional offices may be required.
