You will:

• Guide customers through the automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, and ensure customers are satisfied
\n
• Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department, support the Service Manager, generate revenue, communicate with customers, explain vehicle maintenance and repair services, and focus on customer satisfaction.

• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
\n
• Maintain high CSI scores and more
\n
• Perform other duties as needed
\n

We're looking for:

• Automotive Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager experience and high CSI score
\n
• Good computer, customer service, and communication skills
\n
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Team oriented with a strong work ethic and pays attention to details
\n
• Professional appearance
\n
• Valid driver's license and insurance
\n
