Oversee clinic management, including front office and clinical operations.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs).
Implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and retention.
Review patient medical histories.
Diagnose patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
Set clear goals for patients and outline expected outcomes of their treatment plans.
Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about the recovery process associated with physical therapy.
Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York.
Preferred: Proven leadership experience in a clinical environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems, specifically Rain Tree.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required: Fluency in both languages is essential for this position.

Salary: $124,800 - $135,200+, including productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits encompass generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
