Candidate must be onsite at least three days per week. Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. Job Description Scope of Position The IMS Technician will be responsible for assisting the Senior IMS Analyst with day-to-day activities supporting the Newton Cable Plant. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Interact with customers to gather and define system/solution requirements Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IMS devices, printers, scan guns, servers, etc. Review and update the document repository in SharePoint for AI enablement Troubleshoot hardware and software problems that may have a significant impact on the business Support IMS projects Required Education and Experience 2-year degree in computer science or related field 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, including experience supporting hardware and software components Required Skills Understanding of server and network infrastructure Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and OneNote Cybersecurity mindset Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and management Pervious experience in a manufacturing environment preferred About us: DivIHN, the 'IT Asset Performance Services' organization, provides Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation services to clients in the Mid-West and beyond.
