Position: Physical Therapist

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Location: Crawfordville, Florida

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 available

Responsibilities

Your success will be driven by:

  • Assessing patients' medical histories
  • Delivering exceptional one-on-one care, averaging 40 minutes per patient
  • Diagnosing patients through observation of their movements and attentively listening to their concerns
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with defined goals and anticipated outcomes
  • Employing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
  • Current Florida PT license or eligibility
  • Strong passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication abilities
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
